 It comes with Digital pictures to make explanations and understanding of what we have found easier. So you don’t have to worry about trying to read our writing!!

It is a combination checklist and narrative report. It allows us to write our thoughts down and still utilize a checklist.

And with over 20 years experience, We would not inspect anything without it.

Why? Simply because we are all human and a checklist allows us to be just that. It minimizes the possibility that something will be inadvertently overlooked. Now let us emphasize...a checklist does not take the place of technical know how. A good checklist with no knowledge, is useless. A good checklist with a technically competent inspector is an awesome combination!

At the end of each inspection we like to sit down with the client and review the report, page by page.

It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes and is time well spent!!

The report given to each client is in a hardbound binder and each section of our report comes complete with detailed diagrams and explanations of the systems that make up a home. It also includes helpful maintenance tips to keep your home in tip top condition.
