• The alarm inspection lasts 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of the home.

• THE BRINK'S INSPECTOR DOES NOT MAKE ANY TYPE OF SALES PRESENTATION TO THE HOME BUYER; THEY ARE THERE ONLY TO INSPECT THE ALARM SYSTEM

• The Brinks Inspector will leave a complete report with the buyer.

In Homes without alarm systems:

Brinks provides the home inspector with a brochure for the home buyer, highlighting how families can help make there home safer and detailing a special Brink's Offer.

You can expect a follow up phone call (only one) from Brink's to discuss your Alarm needs.

In return, you will be given a FREE 90 day home warranty, whether you buy anything from Brinks or not!
