We have a tremendous amount of Confidence in our Home Inspection We want you to feel as comfortable and confident in using us for YOUR Home Inspection OUR 200% GUARANTEE If you are not satisfied with our Home Inspection Report, we will refund your Home Inspection fee and then pay to have another Home Inspector perform the Inspection. Here are the DETAILS: You the Client must be present at the Home Inspection (We strongly encourage this anyway) The Inspection fee will be refunded in the manner in which payment was made. If you paid by check we will pay by check, if you paid by credit card, we will credit the card back, if you pay by cash....we will pay by check (sorry) The Re-inspection must be completed by an inspector of the Clients Choice so long as the inspector belongs to one of the following organizations: ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) or a State of Virginia Certified Home Inspector. A Check for the re-inspection fee, up to the amount of our original fee paid to JA Mersereau & Associates, Inc. will be paid directly to the Home Inspection Firm performing the Re-inspection. The Client must sign and return to JA Mersereau & Associates Inc. a Release of Claim form before any funds will be returned/paid. This Guarantee is Valid for a period of 5 Days after the initial inspection is performed on subject property by JA Mersereau & Associates, Inc.
